Grades of Copper Scrap
- No. 1 Copper Wire: Bare, uncoated, unalloyed copper wire scrap, minimum 99% copper content.
- No. 2 Copper Wire: Old and new, unalloyed copper wire scrap, minimum 97% copper content.
- Light Copper: Thin-gauge copper scrap, often corroded or tarnished, used in specialty alloys or as a base material for recycling.
- Copper Scrap Radiators: Sourced from automotive radiators, consists of both copper and brass components.
